This email does not constitute final acceptance.

Please note:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes
We do not deliver to hotels
Incorrect address information may result in delays or return-to-sender fees

Once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot redirect shipments.

7. Returns & Exchanges

By purchasing from us, you agree to the conditions stated there.

Key points:

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged
Items must contain all original tags, boxes, pouches
Certain items (beauty, swimwear, earrings, face masks, pre-orders) are non-returnable
Georgian customers: returns within 3 working days
International customers: returns within 7 working days
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges depend on stock availability

Customers must submit a return request via their Shopify account (“Request a Return”).

When creating an account, you agree to:
